The cooking entered my life innocently when I came home one day hungry and explored the fridge for ingredients. Soon after I enjoyed cooking dinner for my friends when they visited me and so the passion was born.
I believe that our grocery stores and local markets with fruit and vegetables
are the best pharmacies and that the combination of the sleep, sweat, smile, shower and couple of spoons of healthy delicious food enjoyed with delightful company
makes us happier on all levels.
Since I was travelling more often those last few years and I like to travel light, I skipped packing my notebook with recipes and instead I began to write this blog. Welcome to my take away cookbook. As my flatmate is gluten-intolerant, the recipes are adjusted to it.
