SuperEasy Cake


Time: 70 minute (10 min prep, 60 min in oven)


  • 2 eggs
  • 2 dl sugar
  • 2, 5 dl gluten-free flour
  • 1 tsp grounded cinnamon
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 50g butter /1,5 cm short-side cut from classic 250g butter block)
  • 2 dl raspberries or halves of plums
  • 2 tbsp grated coconut for the form

…………………………Optional Bliss…………………………..

  • Hazelnuts or Almonds
  • 1 grated carrot

Kitchen equipment: 

  • Oven
  • Round aking form
  • 1 l bowl
  • Wooden spoon
  • Toothpick – for checking if oven did it’s job
  • Peeler, knife and cutting board /for carrot only/

 How to: 

  1. Preheat the oven to 175°C.
  2. Grease baking form with bit of butter and cover it with coconut.
  3. Take 1 l bowl. Blend eggs and sugar.
  4. Optionally: Add carrot.
  5. Add flour, cinnamon baking powder. Mix well.
  6. Put in the oven for 30 min, then lower the temperature to 100°C for another 30 min.
  7. Taste it and think about upgrades.
  8. Tidy up.
