Time: 25 minutes
Ingredients for 2- 3 portions:

- 4 slices white bread – cut into squares
- 4 spoons butter

- 300 g frost peas
- 150 g bacon (skip for vegetarian version)
- 1 l chicken stock
- 3 tsp butter
- 1 cooking cream (15%)
- 2 potatoes – peeled and cubed
- 1 yellow onion
- 2 garlic cloves
- salt
- pepper
Kitchen equipment:
- 3 l pot
- Hand blender
- Cutting board & knife
How to:
- Fry chopped onion and add sliced bacon.
- Add peas and potatoes.
- Add garlic and pepper.
- Add chicken stock and boil it for about 15min.
- Blend everything with a hand blender.
- Add cream and salt to taste.
- In a frying pan fry cubed bread in butter until golden.
- Serve the soup with croutons.
- Taste it and think about upgrades.
- Tidy up.
