Time: 70 minute (10 min prep, 60 min in oven)
Ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 2 dl sugar
- 2, 5 dl gluten-free flour
- 1 tsp grounded cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 50g butter /1,5 cm short-side cut from classic 250g butter block)
- 2 dl raspberries or halves of plums
- 2 tbsp grated coconut for the form

- Hazelnuts or Almonds
- 1 grated carrot
Kitchen equipment:
- Oven
- Round aking form
- 1 l bowl
- Wooden spoon
- Toothpick – for checking if oven did it’s job
- Peeler, knife and cutting board /for carrot only/
How to:
- Preheat the oven to 175°C.
- Grease baking form with bit of butter and cover it with coconut.
- Take 1 l bowl. Blend eggs and sugar.
- Optionally: Add carrot.
- Add flour, cinnamon baking powder. Mix well.
- Put in the oven for 30 min, then lower the temperature to 100°C for another 30 min.
- Taste it and think about upgrades.
- Tidy up.
